By using FinanKeep, you agree to these Terms. Please read them before using the service.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, you confirm you are at least 16 years old and agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

FinanKeep is a personal finance management app for tracking expenses, budgets, savings, debts, and shared family expenses.

3. User Account

• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
• Notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use FinanKeep for illegal activities, enter false data, access other users' data, attack our servers, or reverse-engineer the app.

5. Financial Data

The data you enter is your responsibility. FinanKeep does not constitute financial, tax, or legal advice.

6. Availability

We strive to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. We are not liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability.

7. Intellectual Property

FinanKeep and its code, design, and logo are the property of its creators. The data you enter belongs to you.

8. Free Service & Changes

FinanKeep is currently free. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future with prior notice. We may add, modify, or remove features at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

FinanKeep is not liable for data loss due to technical failures, financial decisions made based on the app, or indirect damages.

10. Account Deletion

You can delete your account in the app settings. Data is erased within 30 days.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes will be resolved in Portuguese courts.
